I Am Sick
By Peace | March 28, 2007

I am sick since yesterday, feeling worse today. My throat hurts. My whole body is aching. My sister and my mother called me. Thanks sis and mum.
I took a nap just now. I dreamt of some funny dreams. All my dreams are weird and I often dream of falling — falling down from stairs or just walking down from stairs or mountains. Recently I dreamt of Virgin Mary. This is not the first time. There are a few times I dreamt of her, not that frequent. I wonder why.
Here is what I have found out:
To dream of falling: Through space, down a long flight of stairs. Or you are surrounded by falling objects. There is a feeling of weightlessness. You grab hold of nothing as you fall and you cannot see end.
Interpretation: You fear committing a “sin”. Or making a grave mistake. Or falling out of favour with someone. You have a responsibility which you fear. Or others are falling away from you and leaving you solitary.
Psychological Analysis: A guilt-complex exists in your life over something or someone. Perhaps your religious beliefs are too rigid or too demanding. You are possibly hid-bound by convention.
Possible Future Moves: It is likely you will commit a “sin” at last and all your repressions will clear and life will take on a new, positive meaning, with new friends and associates.
But none of these seems true to me.
Anyway, the belief of dreams is age-old. In olden days, dreams were treated as direct messages from divine beings and thus held in great respect. There is no doubt, of the importance of dreams in the history of the world, and that many dreams and visions have been events casting their shadow before them.
Innumerable instances have been given of warnings told in dreams. in some cases these have been explained scientifically by telepathy or thought-transference. Explanations differ of dreams showing a knowledge of the future, but it is clearly proved that the inner mind possess extraordinary powers that forewarn of the good things and the bad things in life.
