Every Minute Not Wasted

By Peace | August 26, 2007

What am I up to? No updates for a week!
Extremely busy last week. Busy with personal life and busy with blogs. There were two Holy Communion Gathering to go last week — Monday and Thursday. There will be meeting again the next week.

Catechism Class
I had my own catechism class when I was young. Some of the teachings were changed over time, just like the receiving of Holy Communion. The catechism now are more interactive and I find it better than my time.

First Holy Communion
This year Ricsson is going to have his Holy Communion next month. Wearing white is not a compulsory now but it would be preferred. I need to shop for his Holy Communion clothes. There will be four four Holy Communion Gathering sessions. So far, two were attended and I had found it very useful. It not only reinforces what I had learned previously (which I had long forgotten) and it also enables the children to learn more about the church community and things like who is our neighbour.

Church Dog
Yesterday, after sending the children to catechism, on the way walking out of the gate, I saw my favourite church dog. There are two dogs in the church. I like the black one. Yesterday she saw some dogs on the other side of the road, two to be exact. She ran across two roads to reach the other side of the pavement where the dogs were. I think she was just curious and wanted more companion. She never barked at them. When she was over that side of the road, the other owners had already finished their business with their dogs. One of the owner was very responsible. He brought a plastic bag and as soon as his dog finished his business, he picked it up and walked home. When all dogs were almost gone, the church dog turned around and I wondered what she was up to next. To my surprise, she was not standing there for nothing. She was waiting for no car to cross the road! What an intelligent dog. She really knows how to look out for cars. When there were cars, she stopped. When there were no cars, she ran across the road. Two roads she crossed. I was amazed at her intelligence. I really love the dog. She is so adorable.

Big Dogs Better Dogs
When I was younger, I love small dogs. But after I had Cebest, I like bigger dogs now. I find that bigger dogs are stronger. Small dogs can easily ‘fly away’ with just one kick. Bigger dogs like this church dog also is more huggable. They are better companion, especially when we can lie down on their body as pillow — like what I used to do with Cebest. It is so warm and comfortable. Of course, it is just a while, and it is just for fun and not really resting all our weight on the poor animal.

Rome Is Not Built In A Day
All my websites have lots of things to be improved. They are not my ideal yet. The pages are rather messy. But I will always try to squeeze some time out to touch up every now and then. Last week, I spent some time to add in Psychology Page to PeaceBella.com and I just added a chinese song playlist on the homepage here. The songs are mainly from the show 天下第一 (Tian1 Xia4 Di4 Yi1 or Number One In The World. I did not really follow the show but my children do. They love the show very much. I watch it occasionally. It is going to finish soon and it is getting very exciting. Michelle Yip had died and what is next? It is very exciting and I am not going to miss the shows next week.

Time Is Everything
My time is very well spent and I am doing meaningful things in life. For those of you who do not know the value of time, then sign up for PayPerPost, see that you have missed the opportunity that can pay you $50 or $500 and even $70 or $700 for a single post. Time is very crucial if you want to grab the best task that can bring you the optimal amount of money. Imagine how many posts do I have to do in order to earn such amount of money. For every minute of time I wasted in idling, I have piles and piles of workload waiting for me to be done everyday. The only way to get things done is not to procrastinate but to do one work at a time and to be focused. I do not mind if I get a longer time to get my task accomplished. What I want is quality and not quantity. If you need motivation, I have added Motivation Page here at Peacebella.com. I have various Motivation Topics, Motivation Guide and Motivational Quotes. For me, the reasons for everything I am doing is all for the purpose of my family. My family, my children are my Health Motivator.
