SL Classic Chinese Impression

鐵血丹心
This is a region at Anastasiya, a sim own by Richard Palace. The creator of this beautiful land is a China man. He had named this place YanYi, China — Fly Mall. I had spoken to this man probably a week ago. He was full of dreams for these plots of land that he had rented. The first time I stepped onto his land, he told me his plans and dreams — what he wanted to put on the lands. I had told him that I was going to put his creation on my blog and he had agreed. I was busy and sick and was not able to log in until last night. It was so lucky that I managed to take a last look at the beautiful place. I had compiled all the pictures into a music video of the song iron blood loyalty 鐵血丹心, one of my favourite song from the Hong Kong show 射雕英雄傳, Legend Of Condor Heroes.
Little did I know that this China man, the tenant of the land, YanYi, had his lease due already. I was exploring the place, taking pictures, when I saw Richard Palace flying towards the land. He told me that he need to clear the place. “oh what a waste!” I exclaimed. He notified the tenant, he came but he did not pay up the rent. This is really a waste. I do not know if he is going to build his dream at other place.
Is it better to rent a land or to buy a land? Richard Palace has many lands for rent and sale. For anyone to buy a land, you need to pay tiers and you need to be a premium member to buy land. It is far better to rent a land if you are trying out business in second life or you just want to enjoy (play) Second Life. Currently Richard Palace owns a few sim — Anastasiya, Dundrum, Flagg, Malyshkin, Scaramanga and Blue Quill. Anyone who wish to rent a land for residential purpose or commercial purpose, can contact him for more information. He has the cheapest rent. For charging so little and devoting his time for helping out his tenants, I always wonder if he is doing charity work!
This is a shop opposite YanYi, named Chinese Impression. I do not know who is the tenant. She sells Chinese costumes like Cheong Sam. It is hard to find such shops in Second Life.
Why rent insteading of buying land?
1) You can stay as a FREE member. You save USD$9.95 monthly.
- This amount of money can be used to rent 3 x 512 sqm monthly.
2) Paying rental can be cheaper than pay monthly tier to Linden.
- Palace Land rental is definitely cheaper than paying monthly tier.
3) Most land parcel are sold side by side. There is no allowance for public use. Worst if everyone build right to the edge of their land. You end up buying a box. The only way to get out is by flying up or teleport to another place.
- Palace Land build a better sim. Each parcel has walkway that are linked up throughout the whole sim. Resident walk from one corner to the other corner of the sim instead of flying.

Land prices has not been optimistic recently. Linden has not had any land for auction these two days. This is definitely a good news. Land prices are too low now. With this move, hopefully land price will go up and all property or real estate owners will be happy.
