SL Malyshkin

This is some pictures of a beautiful beach sceneries taken while standing at the balcony of one of the bungalow of Richard Palace.
Malyshkin is one of the sim owned by Richard Palace. He has many lands for rent in SL. He used to sell lands, but he is doing more rentals now, though he is still doing land sales. Malyshkin is used to be full of slopes. It was not a flat land, but I saw him flattening his land some time ago and it seems a rather flat land now. There are lands that come with houses and vacant lands as well. Most of the 512 square meters land does not come with houses. SL residents can rent the land to build their own house, own office or business, parks, shops, playgrounds, clubs or just anything. It costs 199L to rent a 512 sq meters of land. For people who are not good at building, they like to have land that comes with houses. These are lands that are bigger, 1024 sq meters and it comes with a 3-storey big house, with balcony. The windows come with privacy screens and the doors can be locked.
Richard Palace is a good estate developer. Recently he acquired some lands in Topgol. It is a beautiful city. Rental of shop spaces are available at Topgol. A store of area 256 sq meters cost just 249L with 100prims. Anyone who is interested to try out business in SL can start so by renting a shop space!
