Knowledge Of God
I am waiting for my bible course to be sent to me. I had sent it out but I do not know if they had safely reached where it was supposed to go.
My Family My Support
I had so many things to do and sometimes I do not know where to start and I am equally tired, yearning to find some time just to idle around. This is a terrible period, but I will get use to it. The only thing which will really kill me is relationship and kinship. So long as I have my family around, I would be able to stand up again.
Awakening
Today the priest mentioned about our heart and desire. He asked,”Is your heart at the right manger?”. Last week, the question was “Are you in the right manger?”.
It’s Not Money
Jesus was not born in rich family. He was not even born in the hospital, but in the shed, among animals. Christmas is just two more weeks away. Father said Christmas is not a time for us to buy expensive gifts for the purpose of Christmas Party. He told us not to give any Christmas present this Christmas. That would save a lot of money, but people are going to say and look at you with different eyes. We are going to be the odd one out if we do not bring any gift to the Christmas Party. I do not know what to bring for the coming Christmas Party, especially after hearing what Father said.
Prince Of Peace
Last week, at the church, I saw Jesus, with a lamb on his shoulder and the background with many lambs. This is how people can be so peaceful with animals, and being surrounded by animals, rather than by people. I remembered with Cebest around. With him around, I felt no anxiety, so soothing and peaceful with him at my side.
Heart of Everything
I always see this picture of Jesus, with the heart on the chest. I never know why. However, last week at the church, just as the thought of peaceful Jesus with the lamb on his shoulder came to my mind, I came to realise what the heart meant. The heart is the centre of everything. You want to be peaceful, you have to look at your heart. If your heart is anxious, your heart is not contented, you can never achieve peace nor happiness.
Cultivate Your Heart
Today, at the church, Father mentioned about Heart too. This reinforces what I had realised last week. The heart is really what can motivate us to do anything. It is our desire. The heart that is glowing, is the heart that is filled with desire. Desire for what? If you desire the wrong thing, it would be negative forces in your life to come. We should have desire for the right things. What are the right things? For example, desire to know more about God, desire to improve ourselves, cultivate ourselves to be a better person.
Your Heart, Your Life
With the right heart, you can have the right thinking. With the right thinking, you can lead a better life. Today, I learned that Nothing Is Impossible With God. God will help the poor and the weak. God will help people who did not give up. Do not give up. I had to put on bullet proof armour when I worked as a financial adviser. I had to face rejections and objections everyday. I had time where sales are good and time where the results did not come immediately. Nothing is easy. But time will yield results.
God Knows, God Guides and God Helps
I do not know why, but it seems so coincidental that I had to face so many things all at the same time, and this time, I had gained a lot of understanding and ‘answers’ at the church. It is really strange. I was still wondering about the ‘magical’ and ‘wonder’ of God yesterday, while I was walking from the kitchen to the living room. God is like the wind, in which we cannot see and touch. But God and Satan are around. I was still thinking that God is in our heart. The heart is something which allow ourselves to be connected with God(something like telepathy). It is so magical, so strange, so unbelievable. It is something which I sense, and I felt it this way. How true is it? I had always felt that God is helping me, since young, though I do not really know him. I questioned about the existence of God as well. But everything seem clearer and getting nearer now.
Count On HIM, Faith
Today, I really gained a lot of inspiration and wisdom from attending the mass. After cycling to the church, I was panting as usual, and was hot. I was not able to concentrate at first, but when Father said about Heart, I was awoken. It was enlightening, affirming what I had guessed as much. With that, I felt better. I would continue with my blogs. ‘Liu Bang‘ defeated Xiang Yu, but ‘Xiang Yu’ will build his empire again.
