Customer Service
By Peace | December 28, 2007
I still remember what I am supposed to post, and I know I had not logged in to Second Life for many days. I had no time, really no time. Not an excuse. I also need to post on my second post of great life. I was supposed to post this last week or so, the date is 21.12 to be exact.
I was thinking of not posting. It was no good to say bad things about people. But this would be injustice done to some people and in every thing, there is something to be learned.
So I decided to post about it.
Customer Service = How You Treat Your Customer
This is about Customer Service. I always find that customer service is very important. You want your business to do well, you need to satisfy your customer — reasonable satisfaction, no special satisfaction! Even if your customer is kid or someone who seem to have no money, with torn clothes, they deserve your professional customer service. If not professional customer service, politeness and human respect.

Picture showing Pets’ Station at Causeway Point
This is Pets’ Station, a shop which I frequent to buy Pet Food for Cebest. He loved to eat greenies and chew the shoes. One day, Ricsson went into the shop and had to be chased out of the shop by the orange-skin woman(the type of skin like Lee Guo Wang, the not smooth-type of skin, with holes here and there like orange skin). When there was no one in the shop, she walked around patrolling. She was not well-known to have good customer service, not that I know of, from my experience. That is all for that, how is the customer service now, I do not know. I do not need to step into the shop anymore.
Back to my main topic, Second Life Customer Service at SL Capital Exchange, JT World 121,105,43(PG)
Richard Palace was at JT Financial Bank or JTF Mall, whatever name it was called. He wanted to draw money from the machine. But someone with the destination Financial Rep, P.C was VERY RUDE to him, show no respect AT ALL. Pushing him, insulting him and calling him names. For what reasons? I do not know. I asked him if they had any dispute or anything like that before, he said never. But that is really strange for someone to treat people like that. He was pushing him until he was logged out of Second Life! When he logged in again, the two continued with their fights.
Your Name Is DICK?
P.C called him “DICK” throughout their conversation. Richard Palace said that he wanted to lodge a complaint about him. He claimed that his computer was lagging and the woman whom he was talking to can be the witness. He continued with his nonsense and this time he put all the blame on Richard Palace, saying that Richard Palace was the one who did all the nonsensical thing — Whatever thing which he did to Richard Palace became Richard Palace did to him! The woman was talking to him all the while. Whose witness is it going to be? Why I never see him pushing the woman, HMM?
Richard had his chat log copied. P.C said ‘So What???” He also could have one sent to the director. “Anyone could edit on it,” He said.
It’s not the result that matter, How You Are Treated really matter
The director, AW was sought for. He was not online. The President or Vice President was noticed as well. Some time later, Richard Palace was asked to contact someone else and then another. Like real life when you contact the government departments, you will be directed here and there like a ping-pong ball. Soon, RR answered and he said he would be banned. Issue seemed to clear, just like that. Did he get banned? Who knows? It is just an avatar, and banned today, unbanned tomorrow? Whether they get banned or not, your money is with them. What if they disappeared and never come online anymore? It is not a surprise!
Hero Vs Beauty 英雄难过美人关
The woman definitely helps when it comes to solving the matter for SOME kind of people. All it takes is FINE words, as sweet as honey, as smooth as OIL to appease the angry soul.

When having a chef does not mean you get to enjoy good food
Not all the stock exchange in Second Life has ‘customer service’. If such customer service is present, then no customer service is better than customer service! Richard Palace told me that there are a few stock exchange in Second Life, at least four to five. For instance, Hope Capital, International Stock Exchange and Virtual Stock Exchange. World Stock Exchange seems to be the better one — “No nonsense”, that was what Richard Palace told me.
