Believing Is Seeing
By Peace | February 14, 2008
Blest are You, Lord, God of all creation,
Thanks to your Goodness this wine we offer,
Fruit of the vine, works of our hands
It will become the cup of joy
Blessed be God, Blessed Be God, Blessed Be God,
Forever Amen
Blessed be God, Blessed Be God, Blessed Be God,
Forever Amen
Gloria
This is a hymn which I constantly sing to myself, in my heart, without anyone knowing. It is such a nice hymn, which echo the voice of Father Vincent. It was merely listening to the beautiful tune of hymns many years back in the church. I was wondering why need to attend church, and why all these rites and rituals and sacraments. Today, I have a better understanding and I rejoice and sing with praise really from my heart.
Everyone’s Eyes need different Prescription
God created us and he understand us just like I give birth to my children. Every child is of different nature and character. You can tell them the same thing, but two different child receive your information with different attitudes and different perception. When you know that what you teaches does not work for that child, you need to think of another strategy or different method of teaching for the child. Whatever our Father does is want us to learn, want us to lead the right way — Just like what we did for our own children. Which mother and which Father does not love their own children?
This is a simple food to cook. No need special recipe. Just need rice and water. Boil it and you can eat them in half an hour time.
Works of our hands produce fruits of the vine. When you are hungry, even plain porridge taste sweet. You got to have a neutral tongue to taste the natural sweetness of the porridge — they are all grains of rice derived from complex glucose molecules. How can they be not sweet? That is the cup of joy. Money earned through our own hands. Sweat, pain, endurance and many sacrifices in exchange for symbols of ‘stock exchange’ called Money — which allows us to buy food for our stomach and even to buy the cup that hold the food.
How wonderful
