Common SL Topics
This is going to be another politics, SL politics — SECOND LIFE POLITICS. When First Life is FULL of politics everywhere you go, how can you not have SECOND LIFE POLITICS, is a game where you have full control of what you do and what you say, all according to your own will. A game? Not really a game, but more of a Social Networking Software where you can chat with friends globally and have pictorial imagination and depiction of what your imagination wants. To add more real to your imagination, there are now live conversation( ‘players’ to communicate with each other via the microphone).
Small Politics, Big Politics, Always Politics
Very often, though not everyday, there are always politics — small and big issues going on in Second Life. It is just as messy as our First Life. Why? This is because Second Life is merely an extension of the First Life. The First Life controlling the Second Life. When the First Life has problems, their behavioural and psychological problems are brought into Second Life. This is even worst than First Life. In First Life, you get to see the Real Person. In Second Life, you just see words, see avatars, but not get to see the real face, hear the real voice (unless you have the live chat on). It is no different from using Skype, ICQ, or internet messaging. Where there are internet scams and stalkers in these messaging system, there are such people in Second Life too.
Second Life does not appeal to me at all. I might be amazed with its graphics the first time I went there. I am even more amazed and filled with appreciation and wonder at the beautiful graphics of SL Windlight the next time I had installed the software. But that is the beauty of the environment, just like the beauty of our world we have.
First Life NO COLOR, GO Second Life Look For COLOUR
What we have in the First world is a beautiful world, a world with beautiful natural landscapes and also artificial ones (getting more and more). Snow land, Mountain land, Sandy land, whatever land we have in First Life, we could possibly find these in Second Life. There are urban landscape as well as medieval villages! What we do not have in First Life, you can have it in Second Life. But these are all not real — all within the computer, how amazing this world has become! The computer actually becomes a tool for people to make work easier, reduce manpower or produce more productivity, whichever it is, it is also a tool that shows what human being are thinking in their brains — which nobody can read face to face. Some people do not tell people what is on their heads face to face, but in the computer, you see INNER FEELINGS of people in communication.
First Life 9 Types of Personality, Second Life 18 and More types of Personality!
This is where many problems also arises. Hiding personality, faking personality and Playing around with different profiles in the intention to fool around with people (Pranksters), many types of people just exist in this world. Whatever you can think of, someone out there could be thinking of it too. Whatever you cannot think of, someone out there is having more ideas and are even more capable of you too. Complicated, Messy, unethical, unmoral, unrighteous, lies, and various vices — too many, and people just think they are so COOL and in style, in fashion to be BAD.
Who Is Ruling Over Your Head
I hate to see this. I detest a misleading world as such. But that does not mean that SL is no good. As I have always say before, it is all how you use a pen. The pen can help you to write. If you misuse the pen that is given to you, a good pen can become a bad pen. A good pen which is supposed to help you to write, to draw and to make a beautiful work of poems or essays or painting, can anytime turn into a weapon that kills or a hatred letter or a threatening letter! The Pen Is controlled by the owner, the heart of the owner and the brain of the owner.
Do You Care About The Colour of Your Shit/Stool if You do not care about Your Health
I always use my life, my husband, me and my children as topics of discussion, and those people around me. I wrote about my husband, how he had flaws and how I cannot tolerate him. Is that not what most couples are facing too? If you think Health Minister’s marriage is so good, then why the sudden downfall of him? How many influential people are not having affair and are not attracted to big boobs and use their Penis to navigate? We are all people who Pai Sai(shit, pass motion) — some know their Sai (shit) is smelly, they keep quiet. Some know their Sai is smelly, but still blame people for their smelly shit. Others want people to eat shit! What kind of world is this? What is the use of having a beautiful environment when you have nobody to share it? What is the use of having WindLight or beautiful Philadephia or Topgol when the people are not in harmony, respecting each other, giving everyone a freedom of their own mind and space (even for something which is virtual, non-existence in the REAL WORLD?) — This is how BAD this world has become. How BAD and how people need to correct themselves, each and everyone, including myself and it ought to begin with the person themselves, and it includes me.
Perhaps the reason why SL need to have churches is because people see the need to have one. Since so many evil-doers, people who seem lost in Second Life and in their First Life.
SL – A Communication and Expression TOOL
How do you lead your First Life? Do you treat First Life as a game? Our life can be a game and it can also be a play. Who are your leading role in your drama series or opera or Romeo & Juliet Play? Or perhaps your life is a life of gambling — you are playing card games with your partners and your families? How you lead the first life, you may treat Second life as such. I do not mix First Life with Second Life. In that, I mean I treat SL as another TOOLS, as I had always mentioned, another medium for interaction, for creativity and exploration and learning. Some people are worth knowing and we became good friends, some people are our acquaintances and some people are just passers-by, and some we had no ‘destiny’, not fated to talk to each other — no chemistry at all. Is that not what happens in first life too?
It’s All In The Brain: How Conscious and Conscientious You ARE
Somebody are just so engrossed, so captivated in Second Life. Some people lost their First Life to Second Life. Some people had their life upside down, mixing First Life with Second Life. Why? If you can find peace at home, you can find peace everywhere. If you can find money in the First Life, you can also find Money in the Second Life. If you can find friends in the First Life, likewise, you will have friends in the Second Life. Using my head and my heart, I am aware of what is important and where I should place more emphasis. When I do something, you have always to ask yourself, what is your purpose and what is the reason for doing it. If you know what you are doing and you know in your heart, what is right and what is wrong, you should not be wrong, though right and wrong are sometimes very ambiguous.
I know what I am doing
When I am in SL, I explore, I observe and I chat with friends, if they happened to be around. Over the period of time, all my friends are not online anymore. Whenever I am online, I can hardly see anybody online, except one or two acquaintances. This is because the turnover rate for SL players are just as high as any other online internet games. Who in the busy schedule of real life can be really ‘addicted’ to SL, a game that need you to PAY for land, PAY for shopping, PAY for textures and other scripts. It is all PAY, PAY, PAY and at the end of the side is EARN, EARN, EARN. People just need to think of a CREATIVE means to earn money. CREATIVE means ‘urging you to take out money from your pocket’ in an artistic manner, a manner which you do not even know that you are being ‘chant’ by it. How pathetic it is when people just could not understand the logic of it. I Live For Peace, l Die For Peace.
SL Entertainment, SL Friends-Maker, SL Match-Making, SL Money-Making, SL Trouble-Maker….
If you have money, everywhere is a good entertainment area for you. If you go SL, you can spend, spend and spend. You can build your dream, you can buy your favourite avatar and you can buy your favourite girl. This goes without saying, when you have plenty of money, you do not know the importance of money. You seek pleasure and enjoyment. It’s all in your mind. If spending makes you happy, it is. The fact is what do you want and is this the life you want?

After work, finish your dinner, log in to SL, find your lifetime partner (the objective perhaps) and at the same time pursue your interest — building, developing land and earning extra bucks. Everyone has their own lives. The rich and the poor will never shake hands, lest the latter dirty their hands.
