Gain Some Lose Some

Chinese New Year: Every year hoping to have fish (nian nian you yu 年年有余) or rather have excess. When you cannot have excess, enough is also good — There are always fish swimming in the water. Don’t need to catch all fish. Eat one fish at a time. This is to comfort myself when I cannot more fish.
I prayed for Valerie, her test coming!
This is how stress I am. I do not like to have tuition on weekends, but for both weekends, I had extra tuition for her. Her Maths Test scheduled on coming Tuesday. But she has shown improvements. I told her last Thursday and last Saturday too. She had improved a great deal as compared to the first time she came to my house for tuition. Her final year exam was very good. I do not know how well she would fare this time, but if she had not been careless, I would think she would have no problems. In fact, she is not as careless now as well! But I am tired, not tired of teaching her, but stress, too much stress in life. Quited, finally quited, plucked up my courage, after nature’s call. I cannot say “Yes” to anything. I need to say “No” to things which I have to say “No” when the right time tells me to do so.
Hem and Haw…. It is not how much you earn

What is rich and what is poor? I am rich if I can lead a happy life. I am rich if I can lead a life of Truth, living in righteousness and be able to protect my family, my ultimate priority. I can never go to the next realm of life with all the money I have. Full of debts and still debts, no matter how much I earn, I resign to fate. But I want my family to have the right life, the right Sense of life.
