When Blue Is Not The Sky
This is a day where I walked round my neighbourhood with my children. We talked about Singapore Taxi we saw. The most common ones we see is always the blue ones, Comfort. Yesterday, the same thing I saw — is always blue taxi (Comfort) I see dominating the neighbourhood. This morning I saw a light green one, Smart if I am not wrong. Yesterday, I saw one too. So far, I have not had any chance to try the green cab, but it looks no different from Comfort or Smrt. I do not look forward to try any. I See…

If you go sea diving, perhaps you need an oxygen tank if you want to enjoy the view under the sea longer. Otherwise you cannot see the corals and the marine fishes!

This one above looks like the white Mercedes Cab in the neighbourhood. The real Mercedes Cab and London Cab is a rare sight, hardly seen in neighbourhood, but mostly at the airport, serving the tourists.
What Is Your Purpose
I have no particular preference to sit in big or small cab, as long as the cab will bring me to my destination. But we are paying for their service. We are paying different prices for different cabs which may come earlier or we sighted first. If you do not want to wait for a cab, you have to call or book for a taxi. Additional charges involved. Hop into a taxi and they have different rates too. So why bother to know such details and complicated fare charges when taxi fares are ever changing and always on the rise.
The Truth Hurts, The Truth Revealed
Of course, there are good drivers among these taxi — Comfort, Yellow, Blue or White and perhaps Green. I have come across courteous ones, just that their taxi is rather old, ‘uncomfortable’ (but COMFORT taxi), and one cab may be shared by two drivers. The taxi is always smelly with different types of smell — cigarette smell, car perfume, pandan leaves, etc. We should always understand that there are always still the good ones and the bad ones in the deep blue sea.
Singapore Comfortable Taxi
This is Singapore Taxi, the Blue Taxi, the blue that reflects the colour of the sky, but it is the sea we get, deep blue sea, instead of getting what is rich in heaven, REACH what is heavenly. The blue sky — the sky the limit. The blue sea — must be limited, otherwise, we really need a FAIR PRICE, fair price for service we getting, FAIR PRICE for money being paid.
