Butterfly Tree
This is a butterfly tree taken at my neighbourhood. This is the first butterfly tree on the pavement/jogging track of Fu Shan Garden, the garden at my neighbourhood. The leaves of the butterfly tree are butterfly-shape, of two lobes split in the middle. They have purple flowers, a common flower and tree which I always see. It was not a special tree to me, but special sight I see…
At Bukit Gombak, I took pictures of butterfly trees with pigeons some time back. After that was my sweet dreams and then encounter with God.
Butterfly Story
On 27th March 2008, I saw a black butterfly in the evening, while we were walking on the pathway here. We were walking to Blk 834 Seafood for dinner. The black butterfly was on the first tree of the pathway. It was the same type of black butterfly which came to our house one day, after the death of my grandmother many years back. Our family were still staying at Boon Lay, and it was at Blk 169 Boon Lay Drive. The whole house were filled with black butterflies, there were big and small ones. Among these black butterflies, there was one big ones. My mother said it was the spirit returned. Just like the Liang San Bo Yi Zhu Yin Tai, “The Butterfly Lovers”《梁山伯与祝英台》 — the lovers died, became butterflies.
They were all black butterflies… if I can have pictures of butterflies, I can still identify them. They were special butterflies, not seen in gardens, and not even until now, and that was the only time my house was filled with butterflies and also the most butterflies I had ever seen.
White Snake and Green Snake
This morning, I had scary dream. A few days ago, last Saturday, 5th April to be exact, I dreamt of fish with parasites in them. Last night, I dreamed two times, two separate scenes of white snake, the second time bigger and both in the water, although they did not look like water snake. It was the same snake like the One Snake Legend Story 白蛇傳. Previously, Richard and I saw the real green snake, and now I saw the white snake in my dream. In the dream, there were my big brother, his wife, and perhaps my son. It was rather vague, I cannot recall the full part, but some part of it, especially the staircase part, and the white snake in the water, big fat white snake, huge, with scales on the body. It was not fierce, but just feel scary, the sight of snake.
Today, at Fu Shan Garden, I saw another black butterfly, this time with spots of cream/yellowish on its wings, and on the second butterfly tree of the pathway. This time, I was ready and it was willing for me to take photographs of it, just like the bird which came to me one night on 12th April 2008.
Together We Are One
This is so incredible. This day, I jogged 10 rounds, as much as Richard and I went to Garden of Unity, took so many photographs of the beautiful flowers. I saw so many birds, oriole, myna, and even one special bird, the spider hunter, as well as so many other interesting things, really awesome, really exciting and interesting. Need to slowly put it on my blogs. It is really all the saints come marching. It is really, “It’s going to be right this time!”. We must achieve, we must show the world we can do it, we must lead our way, the right way of life.
