Authentic Roman Catholic
By Peace | May 6, 2008

The tortoises were my pets. My mother bought them for me at fifty cents each. All the creatures of the earth are Holy indeed(I have lots of stories to tell). Since they are all created by God. This is called telepathy…. it’s mystery of the mysteries. I am overwhelmed, I am touched, deeply touched.
I am Promoted……
Though I know, I do not know if I am correct or not. Though I see, I do not grasp the full meaning of it all. There is so much things to learn and so much things to do everyday. However, my eyes, my body, everything of me, and around me, is gifts of God; and my life, my purpose to fulfill, my greatest desire, to bring justice and happiness to the person(s) who had brought me up, my mother, my father and my family.
But yet I am miserable….
It was so great to be back here at St Joseph Church, but………sigh…..
The Origin Of Life, Curb Counterfeit, Honesty We Live
The chinese idiom above the cross read ‘wan4 you3 zhen1 yuan2′, first time I notice these words and I got to know the meaning when I was back home (when I was bathing); the rest of the chinese words, I don’t understand.
Honour My Father
It was 3rd May 2008, Saturday. It was a day I had already marked on my table planner. I had decided to go to the Mass on this day instead of the Sunday one. Mass is the only time we can hear God’s words. The Makan stalls and game stalls are not my concern. It was a day being looked forward, as soon as I realised the meaning of my life, my life, the gift of God (my encounter with God), and all things which had happened earlier. This day had finally arrived, and I had made appointment with my sister, but she was more interested in the latter, and she said that I never kept my promise to her. : (
Anyway, my conscience is clear, and I went St Joseph Church on this day with Richard, Clara and Ricsson. So many things to say, really. A lot of things in my heart, so heavy, so full of grief…
Catholics are called ‘Tian1 Zu3 Jiao4″ in Chinese: My Pride, the greatest honour; gratitude to my parents…..
What is Filial Piety?
I miss this words, these Chinese words. For sometime, I had forgotten that Catholics are called ‘Tian1 Zu3 Jiao4″ in Chinese. But I had tried to recall and it was so nice to see these words again. These words were first learnt and first seen at St Francis Church of Assisi. My father taught me those words, and he also taught me in Teochew. My father is Joseph. My parents are illiterate, especially my mother. My father learned some Mandarin, Malay and English. He had not completed Primary Six because his parents were poor and being the eldest in the family, he had to do a lot of work.
How Can I Repay My Parents
Who do not err, who are perfect in this world? Time will help us to ‘forget’, but it is gratitude that we cannot forget. It is gratitude that I can only think of now as I see my parents getting old and they are still working so hard for life, and yet I cannot do anything for them…
