武侠帝女花 (Vesak Day)

Natural Inspiration
I was preparing this video on Friday. It was a my inspirational song on that day.

Briefly Saturday
I went to St Francis of Assisi yesterday - A Day with Mary. Yesterday alone, I took so much photographs, break record — first time in a day, I took SO MUCH photographs, with both my handphone and my Casio Exilim Camera. At the end of the day, at about 630pm, I handphone’s battery went flat! This is the This is one disadvantage of Nokia N80. The battery cannot last long.

My Brain Juice
My heart is very heavy. Heavy at this moment after watching, hearing and experiencing what is happening around me and in the news now. Just one post alone, I would sometimes need a few hours to complete it. Doing some things here and there, and so on. And I started this post at about 8pm, and now it is about 945pm. I am watching the news as I am typing my ‘feeling’. I have so much things to do, so much things to write, but so tired and so little time in a day I have.
(11.05 pm now and I am about to publish the post soon.)

It’s Sublimation…. ’sublime’ was the word
Last night, I was not able to sleep. I was so happy that I went to Boon Lay yesterday. It was a very happy day, however, it was also a sad day — sad because of the things which I see. It made my heart ache and I could not help, but naturally stood at the Bridge in front of St Joseph’s Home, pour my heart out. Last night, it was that particular scene which kept flashing on my brain, and I was not able to sleep, so hard to be asleep. So much on my mind.

Standing on the bridge (which I used to walk on), I stood there, this was the scene I saw — old folks sitting on wheel chairs, some sleeping, some dazing in the air, all so ‘lifeless’…

First Time, The Feeling of Serenity
My favourite Boon Lay ‘house’, the circle in front of the flat was no longer there. The circle was the place where I used to stand, with friends and my mother, waiting for school bus. The circle was where I used to walk everyday. Boon Lay contains so much of my childhood memories. It is ‘my territory’. Clara spent the whole day with me. She told me how I knew this place, and she thought that I did not know how to walk around. But I know this place inside out. Which part of Boon Lay had I not walked before! I will need time to tell you what I see at Boon Lay yesterday, it was such a serenity I found, the real meaning of serenity, for once, it was really SERENITY, real serenity at that particular place of Boon Lay…….. It was SO GOOD to go back to Boon Lay yesterday.

Come To The Feast… Yes!!!
Today, the market is selling fresh flowers. They are so nice. People are celebrating Vesak Day. I saw the three big incense, the Chinese Big Incense in which the Chinese Buddhist offered to Buddha. It was the questions I asked my mother one day when I was in the car, with my father driving and I sitting in between them. Today, I had understood what it all means. And my mother told me that they represent important occasion, 大日子 (big day). And over at St Joseph Church, I lighted the very long white candle one day, in front of St Joseph’s big statue….

Buddha and Jesus are Masters of The Way of Life
Tomorrow is Vesak Day, and the church is having an Eucharistic Celebration. I understand the need and I understand why, but who will understand me? I wanted to help you, do you want to help yourself? I told him, but he said,”Everyday go church, everyday listen to the same thing and everyday sing the same thing!!!!” Already, he was not happy and I went alone to St Francis of Assisi. But Vesak Day, it’s a special day, a real special day, the day where our destiny started.

Holy of the Holy: I am no longer alone. The butterflies and the birds are always my companion. Clara saw this butterfly in another part of Boon Lay. I did not see, and later over here, at St Joseph’s home, we saw it again…

The Bridge of LIFE
Hurt, pain, aches, and soreness of my heart. Who will understand me? Do you? I got so much grievances. How much sacrifices is he willing to undertake? Does he really understand the meaning of LOVE? How many people, especially man, know the meaning of real love?

Can you see what’s wrong in the picture? Would you choose to ’save’ the bridge or would you choose to ’save’ the tree?

[…] Importance of Education I did not like to attend catechism class. My attendance was very poor, and that is why my understanding of the Holy Catholic Church is so little and my knowledge and faith so little. I could still remember my mother ‘dragged me’ to the church one Sunday morning to attend catechism, but I just refused. That was the place where I walked last week, on the day 17th May 2008, A Day with Mary, at St Francis of Assisi. […]
