Monkey See Monkey Do
By Peace | June 2, 2008
Saw this at the place where I sat on this Sunday Mass, 1st June 2008 — It is written on the door of my parents’ house about the Love, Honour and Reparation of the Sacred Heart, and on another instance: the abbreviation JHS, next on the two ‘wings’ or ’sides’ are “Honour” and “Love“, and the bottom “Reparation”; The words written round the cross is “I Will Bless The Houses, In which The Image of My Heart Shall Be Exposed and Honoured.”
This is so real, so true and so Powerful indeed, so ‘accurate’, no fail, ‘all working’.
FOR JUNE … HEART OF JESUS: A SYMBOL OF CHRISTIAN FAITH
On June 1, Pope Benedict XVI explained: “The month of June is traditionally dedicated to the Heart of Jesus, a symbol of the Christian faith that is especially dear because it expresses the good news of love in a simple and authentic way, encapsulating the mystery of Incarnation and Redemption. From the boundless horizon of His love, God entered the limitations of history and of the human condition. He took a body and a heart so that we can contemplate and encounter the infinite in the finite: the invisible and ineffable Mystery in the human Heart of Jesus of Nazareth. This is the core of faith and the source of the hope in which we have been saved.” The Holy Father continued: “I call upon everyone to renew, in this month of June, their devotion to the Heart of Jesus, also making use of the traditional prayer of this day, and bearing in mind the prayer intentions I proposed to the entire Church.” In closing, Pope Benedict XVI invoked the maternal intercession of the Virgin “for the people of China and Myanmar who have been affected by natural calamities, and for those suffering in the situations of pain, illness, and material and spiritual poverty which mark humanity’s journey.”
After the mass, I wanted to take the photograph of the words I saw at the side of the stairs — I am The Bread of Life. Then I discovered all the things were not kept, unlike the rest of the day…
I took photographs of the bells, and several others. This is one of the items which I had always ‘admired’ and so ‘captivated’ by the sight of it. Those people carrying it, walking along the aisle or whatever, holding the book for the priest, that was so ‘lovely’.
I had to hurry because I was alone, with Ricsson waiting and Richard ‘gone’ out of the church already. I had to left and had no much time to ‘admire’ the items left there. On the way out, I saw this:
Surrender All To Jesus, found at the entrance of the church near the site where the Holy Water was.
齐天大胜孫悟空 大闹天宫 Sun Wu Kong ‘Havoc In Heaven’
This is such a ‘fun’. I was so filled with excitement, awe and captivated by the altar boys, and the ringing of the bell during the mass. On this day 1st June 2008, Sunday, it was all green I saw. The church celebrate Jesus as their Rock of Refuge. The priest, the altar boys all in green. This specific one I saw below, has blue flowers sew on it, the belt around his waist. That was so smart, so nice.
It was rather dark and I was busy taking pictures in the church’s altar place there. First time, First Time I had a ‘chance’ to see what those books were, and a close look on the bells, and all the rest of the ‘things’ which the priests use.
The colour of the vestments was green, the colour of hope and life. The flowers on the altar boy clothes, the blue flowers were flowers I drew when I was at my old house, Boon Lay…
So happy, so ‘captivated’, had always thought of being a priest, being a nun when I was young — always imitate the priest and the ringing of bells and also the act of Holy Communion…so funny…

[…] No comments about him and about what he said, because I respect him. It is the will of God. So this is how this small booklet looked like when opened up. This is the Power of Jesus, the Sacred Heart of Jesus. […]
