Mission To Fulfill
By Peace | June 22, 2008
Dreamed of Bukit Timah — dream of familiar place, a dream of familiar faces and a dream of schools. I dreamed of ‘Robert’ and also my children. Talked to ‘Robert’, and we were on a private bus, a long bus, sitting somewhere in the middle of it.
Not much to write about this, don’t feel like writing about the conversation. It was about schools. The children were sitting beside me, one beside me and one behind(or in front, cannot remember clearly). Were sitting in the bus, don’t know where it was heading, but suddenly, the bus swerved and turned at a bend so abruptly at Bukit Timah Road — the road, the familiar road at Bukit Timah where Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Bukit Timah Plaza are. On the side of the road there were plants, my familiar plants, the forever green plant (万年青)
Why We dream
Checked the web, and knew that Bukit Timah is District 11, 11 used to me my class register number, a number which is of significant value and memory to me….
Mysterious Giant and three Babies
On this day, we went to Causeway Point for lunch. Stepping out of the house, I was amazed at the sight of my plant. At the side of my Four O’clock flower plant is a GIANT Bryophyllum plant, with three control = three baby bryophyllum plants around it. This is really amazing as it was just ONE DAY only and the GIANT plant appeared there.
Total Defence Exhibit at Woodlands Regional Library. The most amazing thing I encountered there, and this is the very thing which inspired me, struck me most for the day…
Together, We Must ON The LIGHT
Cycled to Causeway Point. Went to Banquet (7th Floor). We ate Yong Tau Fu — very expensive. After that, we went to Woodlands Regional Library, where I was so touched at the exhibition on Total Defence. (wrote about it another post)
Raffles Yong Tau Fu, Stall 11, at Causeway Point Banquet. I only saw the number again on this day, Sunday, and so amazed
Founder: What Is Lost Will Be Found…. The Dogs and Watch Dogs…
After everything, we cycled home. On the way home, I saw ‘St Anthony’ pigeon, with the rest of the pigeons, first time, at the field just opposite Woodlands MRT station, at the slope. After that, the most amazing thing happened again. At the traffic light, we saw the black stray dog(that looked like German Shepherd) again. This time, it was red man at the traffic light, we need to wait for green man. But this German Shepherd dog did not wait for the light. Vehicles were moving on the road, but the dog just walked across the road. Richard called out to the dog. It turned back, but it walked across the road safely, running towards the direction of NKF dialysis centre, sniffing at the ‘construction site’, just outside NKF dialysis centre.
Amazing Story
At night, about 8 plus, my brother gave me Lao Po Bing (Wife’s Biscuit). The making of this wife’s biscuit came with an amazing story, was really amazed at how LIFE can be a ‘real STORY’.
