Excellent Service Award 2006, celebrities photographs, Must Be GOOD????!!!!!……
This is the email they sent me after calling me. They called me total about 5 times, two times to fix an appointment, three times to confirm the appointment. I was being ‘qing chai’(teochew=ok=anything), and I fixed an appointment with them, the day and time to my convenient. But they were very irritating. First time they called, said want to call me back, never. The next time they called, I told them a day and time I was okay with it, which was Thursday 3.7.08, 4pm. This ‘young girl’ said would call me again or sms to tell me the address the Thursday week. However, the next day I received another person’s call, this time a ‘older woman’ whose name was Maggie.
She was very irritating. I had already fixed appointment with the ‘younger gir’. But on and on she talked and talked and mentioned about their benefits, their ’sure to win’ lucky dip, but hesitant about it. Despite the fact that I told her that I already fixed the appointment, she asked me again and again, “so next Monday, Tuesday you can a not?” So irritated by this sort of people. People already told you the date I WANT, and she kept asking, wanted to push the day forward. If she wanted to ask some more, I am not going — I was so patient with her.
Before she put down the phone, she asked for my email. That was another headache, real HEADACHE. I don’t know she had problems with hearing or I have problems with pronounciation. Anyway, the email was sent and I received, as shown above.
The shop front, told me it was very new, special, but does not look BRAND NEW… their Sales Tactics again…
The reason I agreed to go:
1. Free Facial
2. Richard agreed to go with me - I want to take this opportunity to go City Hall, and also Cathedral of the Good Shepherd
I asked them many time, and even on the day when I stepped into their shop — Is it Free? Is there really SO GOOD, FREE and got FREE GIFT like the email had written?
For a trip to Biofocus I spent S$88….Is not Free after all, You won’t get to see these on TV, you won’t get to hear this ON TV, CELEBRITY WON’T Say these
MY EXPERIENCE at BIOFOCUS:
Look at the ‘mess’ on my chest and neck. Prior to that I SPECIALLY INSTRUCTED the girl, which I asked her for her name, and she was reluctant to say, but still said. Service Award, what kind of service? What kind of criteria do you use to judge and what kind of people being ‘used’ to offer them this kind of title ‘Service AWARD’? Never introduced themselves, Never wear name tag, never greet people, but all they asked was INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMERS, contact details, very important, Everything they want to know, but WE KNOW nothing about them.
Why $88? Not Free??
You must know something called TACTICS, this type of people in this line is VERY GOOD at that. My experience with these type of people, all the same, from BOON LAY, accompanied my mother, my sister and I saw and I heard, and now the ULTIMATE!
After filling up form, went to the room, lied down and they ’spat’ a ‘lump sum of cream’ on the face. This is vitamin C, and blah blah blah, said your face how serious it is and how they can help you. The free one? Don’t need to ask anymore. Just the ‘One spat’ and ‘rub the whole face’ that’s it, the Vitamin C facial. It would soon be over and there you get out of the room. Well, I would not be so ‘nasty’ and be so direct to you this time. I tried ‘lor’.
How much? You said you are direct, I also AM DIRECT. Don’t need to beat about the bush — Said so much, I already know what you want! Blah blah blah and blah blah blah, said want to give me this, give me that, but in the end, when I left the shop, EMPTY HANDED.
I signed for a bottle of $88 ‘thing’, never even showed me what is the thing I paid for, and there were only two names on the shit, me and another woman named Mable. She suffered the same fate as me — very obvious.
After the Facial, I did not feel any different to my skin, even now, EVERYBODY said it was the same. Tell you, my face even have two red scratches, so painful — like a cat. I told the woman, Ali, to protect her privacy, though I know her full name. Such a lengthy story, I got so much to say about them….. some more to come… To Be Continued

Oh I have read the “Peace” blog at http://www.peacebella.com. that she has complained beauty center and even other beauty center. That she said even “Qihua Primary School” teacher wanted to sue her. I think she really need “Peace”.. She even wrote “I have no money,sue me,come and kill me also can” This gives me a fright. Because, i guess life must have tough on her. My aunty has a tough life that currently under medication of depression now..so, i hope we must see things with open heart…

She even stated “I have no money,sue me,come and kill me also can. This gives me a fright..I thinks she has tough life. My aunty got tough life and now my aunty under depression medication..so we really must see things with open heart. Don’t minor problems complained here and there and life will be better…

Viewing the picture of having facial taken by “Peace” I saw the therapy is standing beside which I believe is ending of facial that she is cleaning off the mask on the face and neck. As the facial cloth still beside the head of “Peace” . Do not see anything wrong with that. Have never got invited by Bio Focus and hoping I got invited,wishing to vaccum my face. But, agreed with “Pretty 32″ the wordings from “Mystery of Salvation” and I think is from PeaceBella is really scary…not of Bio Focus but on “Peace” thinking and wordings…Well, is ghost festival now…

“People with common sense will not say much” but you have been complaining and saying much of so many people. Seem whole world has offended you. Anyway, nothing concern me, as you have said Bio Focus will take action against you. I do not want say much if not I will end up in court to compensate all the damages to the company which I could not aford..So, I won’t say much.

Lim Poh Choo: Teresa Lim. For all the damages to
Bio Focus International Pte Ltd. And Bio Focus has handed the case to the representing lawyer.

The proven of “Peace” name Lim Poh Choo has agreed to top up machine treatment plus a bottle of ampoule with her own signature of her acknowlegement beside $88 of treatment card with therapy. And “Excellent Service Award” certificate,skin analaysis in consultation form ,newly renovated inhouse and toilet renovation bill shall forward together to the lawyer for the case. And the receipt of Bio Focus has written “Derm cum white Tea”, which is in the short form of dermabrasion machine and white tea ampoule” which “Peace” has shown the receipt in the web.

Lawyer of Bio Focus has taken action for the claim of damages from “Peace” name Lim Poh Choo and Bio Focus has handed the case to the representing lawyer. The Proven of Lim Poh Choo signature of acknowlegement that she has agreed for the top up of $88 for demabrasion machine plus a white tea ampoule which has shown in the receipt, the certificate of Excellent Service Award, the receipt of renovation that proven Bio Focus has renovated the interior including toilet and the receipt of name tag for therapy. These shall all forwards to the company lawyer.

The Proven acknowlegement signature of Lim Poh Choo has agreed to top up for dermabrasion machine plus a ampoule of white tea has shown in the receipt, the treatment card she has acknowlege with signature , The true certificate of “Excellent Service Award”, Skin Anlaysis in consultation form, invoice of Bio Focus newly renovated interior and toilet. These documents shall forward to the lawyer.

Bio Focus will proceed the case to the High Court for “Lim Poh Choo” posting libellous allegations. The lawyer cost in High Court 20k and daily damages shall claim together.
You may proceed any evidences shown in the web that people like you can use any nick name to write what you want.
You may enagage your own lawyer in High Court and Bio Focus will show all the true certificate of award and therapy to representing lawyer.
You are free to write what you claim is true and shall gather all your libellous allegations in the web.
You are allowed to write what you wish too and Bio Focus is also allow to sue for libellous allegations on you.
For your info, Singapore government too has sued people for libellous allegations for what you have commented.
You commented you have worked in many places example mount e hospital etc…And for your info, I have worked in Lawyer Firm for many years. And for your info,what true certificate or diploma in Beauty for all the areas from me Lim Sally,I will show to High Court. I am the director of Bio Focus International Pte Ltd and also the trainer of Bio Focus.
The Products of Bio Focus and ingredients too have submitted for notification to government “HSA” by HSA rules and regulations.
Plus the investment $400 000 for 3 levels shops 4800sqf for renovation,machines,others and Bio Focus current clients feedback survey form.
So what else you want in our services, or your unreasonable remarks even on others like Qinghua primary teacher also want to sue you.
Hereby,now onwards I shall let my lawyer handle the case.

Is just like war going on,if Bio Focus able to produce the certifcate and your acknowlegement of signature. Maybe,what you have stated can turn out to be untruth.But, can you represent yourself in the high court? To engage a lawyer,really think twice. Is really moneysick. What happen if you don’t win the case, will you be sue for bankrupty if you can’t pay up for the damages? I think is better for you to get some legal advice.

Yes,I believe company has copyrights for posters and design. Also the logo of the company trademark for posting without company authorised. Is a serious offend if the company has copyright for the trademark and poster.

Bio Focus International has instructed representing lawyer to proceed this case of libellous allegation to the High Court for defamation.
