As a consumer in a country that still can improve on consumer rights area, i think being open and honest about negative experiences are very good feedback for the company to improve. I salute the courage and level of honesty (if done without personal issues or misjudgment coming in the way).

In this 21st century, i still find many company still finds feedback (negative or positive can be depending on perspective) evil and bad.

Actually if done properly, feedbacks are meant to be positive, improve everything for the better. F

act is No human being is perfect, and a company is still run by humans and imperfect people. It gets complicated when it is a business – a combination of profit and loss, integrity, transparency, clarity, EFFECTIVE communication, truth in advertising.

and Where can we find all that in this day and age?

i still can’t find the founders background on their main website. I think this could be rectified? Perhaps its a business move to protect one self? I’m asking out of ignorance really.

I would like to see all the certification of the founder too. ; )

I have to say my experience is not different from any upset ladies in biofocus. But I understand the meaning of “free” so I “accept” all services suppose to be “excellent”.

Just a kind reminder to the owner: All beauty salons are use same tricks to attract customers.But you could have done it much much better.
