Computer Woes

This is Fujitsu laptop, bought one on 12th June during the PC show. All the laptop cannot last more than 2 years! My first laptop was a very old fashion notebook. Next was Toshiba, then Dell.
I never studied computer, and never attend any courses to learn any computer course. Whenever I have any problems, I asked Richard. He knows ‘the computer’ very well. He is my ‘computer doctor’. However, he is very lazy and not helpful. He never teach nor impact what he knows. Knowing him for so long, he never bother to teach me ‘voluntarily’. Whenever we (children and I) have any computer problems, we had to ’see his face’. We are one family, and we did not learn so much about computer. If we know anything, we would not ASK HIM. However, he fails to understand.
Regardless of what matters, he did not share his knowledge with family. I always learn from friends, brothers and sister more than him.
After I had bought this Fujitsu notebook, lately Ricsson’s Acer computer also spoiled. This is all because of malicious virus and spyware. Before the Acer computer was totally spoiled, it suffered numerous virus attack, such as Trojan horse and several other spywares. Richard did not help him. Everytime I need to ASK him to help Ricsson. But he would do so unwillingly, grumble and grumble, scold and scold,”I don’t need to do my work har!!!!!…….”
My heart sank, my heart ached, and ‘crushed’ and now while thinking, it still sinks. All is money. All is also family’s properties. He said working at home allows him to have more flexible time, more time at home, but still he never seems to have ‘time for the home’.
Last September, I wanted to buy AntiSpyware Software but he said, “Don’t need waste money lar, internet got so many free download…..” So I dropped the idea of buying any anti spyware programs. I was using Dell notebook then. My notebook was getting very slow and ‘retarded’. So I had to send my computer to him, the computer doctor for scanning. Since he is the one who tell me not to buy, and wanted to ’save money’, then he should help me. But everytime, I am the one who have to ’see his face’ when ASK HIM for help. Even the children don’t like to ASK HIM for help. Ricsson rather reformat his computer than ASK HIM for help. I also reformat my computer MANY times while I was using Toshiba notebook.
Yesterday and the day before, I was very angry with him. I cannot post anything on my website. He always like to add more and more plugins or programs, making everything so complicated. For inviting problems himself, he wanted to blame people, as though it was my fault. I did not even know what he had done! So I did not post anything then!
Yesterday, I also asked him to help me with some data recovery. I asked him,”The photographs in the recycle bin after emptied already can be retrieved back a not?” He asked me to search for Data Backup Software which I did but I had problems. If he helped me, he can solve it within minutes, but if I do myself, it takes hours. So I was even more angry with him. And everytime when I am angry, I don’t talk to him, then he ‘wants’ to ‘help people’!
Very angry whenever I think of ASKING HIM for any HELP. This includes asking him to clean the air-conditioner! During the last PC show, I also wanted to buy some more software, but he said,”Don’t need.” During the last year PC show, I saw many software on sale. But I do not know which is the Best Internet Security Software to buy. So many untrustworthy salespeople everywhere nowadays. Their words cannot be trusted at all — Just got ‘cheated’ by the durian and fruits seller a few days ago!
