My Inspiration: 射雕英雄傳之鐵血丹心: How much is the doggie in the window? I tell you, the doggie in the window, a life for a life. My dog was loyal to me. If a dog can be so loyal to a woman, how can a woman not save his dog? Would you do anything for a dog or would you rather act like a dog? It is not a matter of how much money…..
One day, my son threw away the shoe of my neighbour. That was during the days when I was working in the insurance industry. My maid was looking after the children. When I came home, I had to go over to their house to apologise to the mother. The mother said,”It is not a matter of money! They bought it in Thailand.” How am I going to pay them back the shoe, her daughter’s shoe? She was angry with me. I did not know what to do either. I knew it was bad to say that,”How much is it, I pay you.” But what other thing can I do? I did not ask the children to throw, I was not there. It was my maid who look after them. Maid, not everything is under my control! That is why, when I was working, I did not go after money either. I worked at my own pace, looking after my family and my insurance business. I was not a ’successful insurance adviser’. But I never lie to my customer. Even when it comes to cold calling and surveys, no lies, straight honesty, and never anyhow plan for their insurance at all, and never according to how much I can earn too.
But my neighbour, died from accident. He asked me to help his family before he was gone. He was a very friendly neighbour, a good man whom I always saw him praying to ‘God’, his chinese ‘god’, burning incense and offerings. He had a bird and also the ‘luo han’ fish. When he was dead, I still help the wife. I never hold any grudge to them, and never to anybody at all.
It was not ‘defamation’ to anybody. I wrote my experience, and I wrote my honest comment. I was hurt with two scratches on my right cheek (not the deep cut that would leave a scar), and the girl, I never even mention her real name. She was even hesistant to tell me her name. I have to ask her. No name tag also at that time, no one was wearing. I don’t even know what name the ‘reception girl was’. Since it is about excellence Singapore is talking, and we had seen government bodies wearing name tag or private companies wearing name tag, like Metro, greeting customers. That is a warm welcome for customers. At Biofocus, I had to open my mouth first when I went in.
Meaning of Integrity:
1. adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.
2. the state of being whole, entire, or undiminished: to preserve the integrity of the empire.
3. a sound, unimpaired, or perfect condition: the integrity of a ship’s hull.
On the day I received the letter from the ‘despatch rider’, Richard helped me to search the web for other ‘complaints’ about this company. I did not search for any before! Do you think I am so free to surf the net everyday? Look at my blog, trace my history, see the things that I had written, and discern if I had meant harm to anybody.
I did not want to put up all these yet. But I have to now, since I do not know when I will have my LAST WORDS. Even if I die, I go to jail, I go bankrupt, I will say the same thing here and in high court. After all, it is TO GOD I AM SWEARING, TO GOD I AM SERVING?
Aren’t this a JOKE? (The thunder just roared, God laughs and agreed) Say I am mad? Say I am insane, talk about God, like what my husband said! Anything. I am rightful to myself, to my children, to my mother and father. To God, my almighty.
This is the place, the map, location of Biofocus, as I had seen at Yebber.com. I had captured it on that day when Richard showed me. I also put up map of schools, Is it wrong to show people the location of Biofocus then?
If Biofocus is doing so well, why should they fear of having no customer or having a customer that ‘complaint’ about them? Is it a complaint or is it a suggestion of ‘room for improvement’ or is it a time to renew the so called ‘excellence service award’ or is it a time to have somebody to review the standard of ‘excellence service’? Are there anyone who oversee this matter?
Victim against Biofocus on 7 November 2007! — God was roaring (Mild Thunder) when I was typing this. The time about 5. 40pm. Now I typing all these, time, 5.44pm.
This is one ‘victim’ from Yebber. Did I ask them to post? Did I know them? Look at the date and look at the date I go to Biofocus! Since it is said that policemen in Singapore are so capable, ask them to trace my ’surf-web history’! Why should I be scared when I am saying the truth?

Did I anyhow accuse people? The people said they are ‘victim’ themselves! This is another victim on 10 August 2008! Trace the IP, see if I know any of these people. Trace my history, see if I had contact with any one of these people also! (another roar of thunder, mild thunder 5.47pm)

These following are all comments from SingaporeBride.com. Richard said, “Wow, the traffic at SingaporeBride.com so high.” Do you know my traffic? Do you know my page rank? Did I go ping, did I go Digg, etc to PUBLICIZE about my blog?
Proper Business Manner
If I had intentions to make use of Biofocus to PROMOTE my blog, then I must be looking for trouble the very first day. (another slight roar of thunder, 5.50pm and it is raining at WOODLANDS now). Would I not post of something useful to attract more crowds to my blogs, like what Richard always do, blogging about Google Trends! Do I need to do that?
Are all these people being ’sued’ or issue letter of ‘defamation’ like I do? Look at what they wrote!
If one person is not enough, one web location is not enough, then we have two now. We have two different people and we have two different sites now — Yebber.com and Singaporebride.com
Perhaps it is not clear like that, I would type out for you(reader) to see if want. (another slight roar of thunder 5.54pm)
A big company, if you are of good calibre, like a person, you would know the power of ONE, the power of a customer. If you can satisfy ONE customer, one customer can help you to refer many other customers. It would do more help than you pay money to advertise on the TV, advertise on the website, advertise on the roadside. Wouldn’t people trust their own friends, their own family’s mouth?
And I believe every word these ‘victim’ had said, because I had experienced the service of Biofocus and I had ‘responded’ to their phone calls (phone calls can be traced also… how many times etc…. Singapore lei, Singapore everything so efficient, so good, So many people in Singapore trust our Government, just like the case of Mas Salamat. See what Singaporean who are being interviewed said about Singapore!

Don’t you want business to be carried out in honest manner, and not having scams and ‘plays’ to ‘cheat’ customer.
