Finding Pasture
By Peace | September 6, 2008
Photo taken on 4th September 2008: This is taken from Fu Shan Garden, Woodlands, just after rain. The garden is filled with birds ’song’, beautiful fruits, and beautiful birds flying around… The time is riped…
Friday, 5th September 2008, first Friday of the month, and my First Friday which I would be going for the Divine Mercy mass.
12. I will grant the grace of final repentance to all those who shall communicate on the first Friday nine months consecutively. They shall not die in mortal sin, nor without having received the last Sacraments, for My Divine Heart will become their secure refuge at that last moment.
These are some pictures taken on the way to Causeway Point. The children and I walked to the church. We were surprised to see so many swifts flying around, so many so many, and some even flew to our front, flying just in front of us — as though to ’surprise’ us.
At the usual place, the grassland opposite Esso petrol kiosk, we saw Puma sitting under the rain tree. As soon as he saw us, he walked… again, looking into the edge of the pavements, the ’soil’…
This was on my left. On my right, I saw another cat, the same one I had seen before….lying on the slope of the grass as shown on the picture below:
Keys to heaven: This multiple hybrid cat, I called it Mary Cat, is lying on the green pasture on the right side of the pavement….
Jesus didn’t Find His Disciples In Church
Jesus told them this parable but they failed to understand what he meant by telling it to them. So Jesus spoke to them again,”I tell you most solemnly, I am the gate of the sheepfold. All others who have come are thieves and brigands; but the sheep took no notice of them. I am the gate. Anyone who enters through me will be safe; and be sure of finding pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come so that they may have life and have it to the full. I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd is one who lays down his life for his sheep.
Repentence: Took a closer look at Mary Cat: It was wearing a yellow collar with green paw print on it….
Yellow Ribbon Project
The Roman Catholic Prison Ministry (RCPM) will be selling Yellow Ribbons in our parish on the weekend of 20th and 21st September. The funds raised will be used for programmes for ex-prisoners and their families. Each ribbon is handmade by an inmate, and symbolises his/her hope for acceptance by our society.
September is also a month dedicated to this project and wearing the yellow Ribbon is an active display of the community willingness to “help Unlock the Second Prison” and a show of support for ex-offenders and their families. Please give your generous support
