I had a bad experience with one of them called May. I had called about 5 times, in a few days to find out about my results. A PR China nurse would pick up and speak to me in Chinese (when I can't really speak that language) and said she would ask May to call back. After 5 times of asking for my results and May not returning my call, I insisted on speaking to her when I managed to get through. Guess what, one of the nurses said May was busy but I said I'm not calling back or going to wait for her to call back. So she called May and just put the phone on the table - I can hear the noises and the nurses chatting. I could hear May complaining that she is busy (in mandarin) and then flipping through some book or files. After leaving me hanging on the phone for about 5 minutes, she picked up the handset and dropped it on the phone - cutting me off completely. I thought I was on hold, then hearing the "dead line" tone, I was furious. I called back 3 times before she picked up the phone and that's when I really gave it to her. She kept on saying she's busy. I told her that as a customer service person and a NURSE!!! that kind of freaking attitude is not acceptable. I told her I wanted to talk to Dr Koh and she just kept quiet for a long time. I just gave her a few pieces of my mind and told her that I don't want to give her problem but seriously, she shouldn't do this again... Then only did she said sorry (I think she did but not sure) and she said no problems. I think the nurses' attitude is really bad and I will write in officially to let Dr Koh know. If this continues on, he will lose his patients, whether or not he's good. The nurses' should all go and take a customer service course. Horrible!!

The nurses at CH Koh Clinic are a real pain. Black faces – as if we owe them a living. Only complains are the long waiting time and poor attitude from nurse. Almost didnt want to go to him for my second one due to 'phobia' of long waiting time. Decided to stick with him since he is good and has very affordable rates.

I had my first kid with Dr Koh in 2004. He is good.
