Last night, I could not sleep. I was in deep thoughts…. all the numbers… yesterday being 20…. and then finally 21… pondering everything that I had seen in reality and the ‘virtual’.
While waiting Isaac to be asleep, I had finally fallen asleep as well. Finally, I discovered my self in dreamland…. It is a long dream I had.
Halal Food Stall
I was at the university campus. I saw the green moon and star logo of the Malay Halal food stalls at the upper floor of the food centre. Prior to walking here, along the walkways, a man dressed in white long-sleeved shirt came to hold my hand. He wanted to go and buy food as well. We came to these stalls first. He asked me what I wanted to eat. I told him I wanted to buy duck noodles.
Counting 123
The Halal Food Stalls had green words on their white signboards above the stalls. It looked so real and so familiar. Behind the stalls, there were some ‘brown’ meat (chicken) hanging. I had never seen Malays selling ducks! Next, the man said he would like to buy vegetable rice from the stall (the third, consider counting the stall on the uppermost floor; the second, if counting only the stall on the same level; on the right). I looked around and I would like to go further to explore and to buy the duck noodle which I had seen my friend ate. (I had seen my friend, who has the same name as me, but different surname. She was eating duck noodle at a canteen. This canteen seemed to be our old school canteen.)
Independence
I stood beside this man. He seemed to want to have a relationship with me (since he offered to hold my hand, I assumed). Finally, he had a packet of vegetable rice put in a plastic bag. We walked off. I told him to eat himself while I went to buy my food. We part our ways there.
BIG SHIP
Next, I found myself climbing down steep stairs, those metal steps that went vertically down the big ship. It was so steep that I was so scared. I was rushing for time, going down as fast as I can. But at the same time, I had to be careful. I was so scared that I might miss the steps. Missing the steps means that I would fall down a great height.
Buddy
Later, I heard footsteps sound behind me. I turned my head and saw Richard. I was so happy to see him. I had companion now. At one of the step, we sat down to rest. I rest on his shoulder and kiss him on the cheek, thanking him… The place was dark.
“Optical Illusion”
Walking down the stairs, I saw a huge furry animal. It was an ox. I do not want to miss this chance of sighting such a peculiar sight. I quickly took out my camera and aimed at the ox. Richard told me not to do it. He was scared that the ox might charge at us. I continued to aim at the ox (dark brown), trying to get a good angle, to have the whole ox inside the screen of my camera. Walking and aiming, I was surprised later to see that inside my screen appeared two such ox, one big and one small. As I walked nearer and nearer to the scene (climbing down from the stairs and walking near to the ox), I was even more surprised to see that the oxen had actually ‘transform’ into pigs! There were a group of brown pigs (light brown) on the floor!
Children Audition
Upon reaching the bottom, this time round, I saw two rooms on my left. I turned, and peeped at these rooms, wondering what these people were doing. On the right hand side of the room, I saw a little girl singing (audition). The parents were waiting for their children.
Moral Education
Later I went into one room. It looked like a lecture room (just like those of the University Campus Lecture Theatre) — with long benches. I was sitting among many people. Behind me were some Prudential people (Financial Advisers). They had done something which was not right. I told them off. “How can you put litter at my place?” I told them. Someone had placed an ice-cream wrapper (purple) at my pencil box or pouch. At first, no one wanted to admit. But I had seen them eating the ice-creams. The evidence is there. At last, one of them admit and took the wrapper away.
MIRAGE: Athletes of God
The next scene was the most amazing one of all. I was carrying Isaac. As I looked up into the sky and saw the many legs and people (runners and divers) in the sky, I was so much filled with awe. The sky looked blue, but it can be water with divers swimming. The sky looked blue, and it also see legs of runners, winners and medalists. I stood on the ground, pointing my fingers and asked Isaac to looked at the amazing sight. On my left and on my right, there were images of really BIG PEOPLE (GIANT PEOPLE) in the sky.
No Limits
The second last thing which I had seen involves the ‘laboratory’. It was not really a laboratory, but I saw some giant apparatus, bubbling and boiling ‘dangerously’. At first, it was supposed to be Richard to do it. Below the rounded big flask, there are supposed to be red and black rubber (pads) to protect the flask. But someone had taken over the job. Apparently, Richard was scared of it and someone had volunteered to help. This person happened to be ET …
Education Tour: The Purpose of the door
Lastly, it was a shrine. Beside a narrow wooden door, on the left side of the wall was an idol which this family had worshipped. I was the first person to come here. Next to come would be a group of people. The man was showing me the door, opening it. We were discussing and then he finally decided that it would be better to open the “main door”. Something peculiar about their doors. It is actually a partition of the doors using flower pots. The doors were made of planks, and it really made the door insecure at all. This really made me wonder if the door is actually necessary at this junction…
