Tan Tock Seng Hospital (Offically Opened 1 April 2000)

Tan Tock Seng Hospital was officially opened on 1 April 2000 by Deputy Prime Minister BG Lee Hisen Loong.

Awoken from a dream. A long dream. Don’t know where to start…

MAN’s FACE
Last part: Inside Peter’s black car. Inside the car, I was sitting behind on the side of the right door, just behind the driver’s (Peter) seat. A man of a VERY FAMILIAR FACE was showing me a computerized slip of paper. However, there were handwritten words on it. Strangely, though I saw the words, he did not seem to be talking to me, but seemed to be pointing at the words and showing them to my mother. There were LINES on this person’s face(a Chinese guy with skin not too dark and not too fair… yellowish), glossy and he got long hair.

DATE
Guess what I saw on the paper! It was the words: Collapsed on 1 APRIL due to Heart Attack and diagnosed of CANCER on the SAME DATE. This computerized slip of paper was shown and it was a slip of paper that showed “government gives money”…

BLACK CAR
Still inside the car, I remembered my previous dream (just before I got in the car — what happened in the toilet and the estates that I saw, and was running…). Then I looked around me. It was a black car with a orange-brown ceiling that seemed to be covered with cardboard/carton materials! I did not know if it was his car or his taxi. I did not know how I got in the car either. The car was moving and I was wondering behind in the car, witnessing all the things that this guy had shown me/my mother. I was having doubts with this guy — why she wanted to show us. As I was thinking, I was looking around the car. It was a very worn-out car. The interior of the car was all orange-brown colour look. There was no stickers/notes of any kind pasted anywhere. If it was a taxi, there would have been photograph(if any) or a licence displayed in the taxi. But there was nothing of any sort. Looking at the windscreen, it was a somewhat roundish blue piece of URA (parking paper). I tried to see what it wrote and only manage to see the back (something like Mirror Image) of the NUMBERS of the BLack Car: 9104… I was wondering is this the real number of my brother’s car in the dream!!!

Wondering and wondering, I was awoken. Sound of a young bird was tweeting outside the window!

Before the car:

EDMUND CHEN
Edmund Chen Zhicai (陈之财, born 4 February 1961) in this dream. I offered him a bottle of water. I discovered that I had forgotten to bring the cap for this bottle of water. Edmund’s bottle of water was depleting. He was fainting any time (walking at the carpark behind this estate). He could not even walk properly nor stand properly. Looking at his gait, I quickly walked over to him. He accepted my water. This happened at the side of a white building (an estate), which was where I was supposed to go/visit/had visited. It was my great grandfather/great grandmother’s house!

PETER
I saw my great grandfather’s bed at the side of the house, IMMEDIATELY just near the door (SIDE), at the ENTRANCE. This is a very old and traditional CHINESE kind of bed, something which I had NEVER SEEN BEFORE. It was a bed made of wood and it was expensive — the kind of ANTIQUE look: Black with patterns on it (those Chinese Antique wood). It was a very special bed with four side walls. The end of the bed consisted of a big and long piece of canvas material, thick plastic-like cloth that can be ‘pulled’ up and down. I wondered why was it so. Later it was revealed to me: for the sake of childcare — acting as a support when baby was put in the cradle (even though I never see any of such thing).

MARIA & PAUL
My great grandfather seemed to be lying on the bed. It was a long time since I last had dreams about my great grandfather, “Lao Gong” (老公). I knew my great grandmother in the dream. I did not see her. But I seemed to have see their children, my paternal grandfather and grandmother in the house… it was MARIA and his husband, PAUL.

RUNNING
This part was connected with Edmund Chen. But now, it was Darren Lim (Lin Ming Lun,林明伦) and another actress (appeared especially during the 70-80s Chinese Serial shows) walking in the other direction, opposite that of Edmund. Edmund Chen was on the left hand side of the block of flat, while these two actors were walking on the right hand side of the flat.

Examination
I was rushing for time. Supposed to go for an examination. Next, I saw a long queue of people with side guarding (barricades/stanchions) to control the crowds. The queue was so long (not a single line queue, but with lots of people in the stanchion LANE). I did not even see the entrance, nor do I know where is the entrance. The examination would start in 15-20minutes time. My friends and I wanted to go toilet first.

Toilet DOOR
In this part of the dream, it was related to all the previously mentioned scenes. I was with someone else. We entered the toilet. Each one occupied a cubicle. However, the door was spoilt. The door was very UNUSUAL. It was so narrow, HALF the size of the normal door. What’s more, the one that I had entered, I need to lift up the whole panel of door in order to gain entry into the cubicle. It was rather urgent. We need to go for examination after this. Inside the cubicle, I saw that this toilet was so elongated. It was so long that even the rest of the cubicle was connected to it. There was no much privacy at all afterall.

Platform
I was jumping on and off a GREEN platform that looked PLASTIC and was linking the estate. It appeared leaf-like and it moved (with rollers underneath)! In this part of the dream, I was calling out for EDDY! I called him so many times…
