Secret Garden… behind the stones…
Fourth Scene
I saw a purplish to faded-maroon coloured grave-stone on the wall. There was a photograph of an old woman together with all the chinese words written on the wall. Everything is one coloured (together with the photograph), all standard coloured of very pale purplish to maroon. Sitting in front of this wall were two tables occupied with people, mostly women. Some (2 or 3) women seemed to look so familiar. I can still remember their faces now. They were not thin, but medium build, medium length hair, and all Chinese. They seem to be chatting when I had walked past them. Still holding hands with this man, who looked so much like SKC (But is not SKC), I released my hand. I thought this women might be the relative of Richard (but in reality, they were not), however, in the dream, they looked so familiar (but in reality, I do not know them at all).
The next thing I know was, standing beside me was an old woman. She dressed in old woman’s clothes — floral top (of greys and blue mix) and black bottom (pants). I wanted to know who is this old woman on the wall (gravestone), but standing before me now was a ‘colourful’ old woman! Her hair tied up in bun, a typical old woman. I saw wearing on her neck, a long necklance with a very big whitish JADE, a very special JADE, with the upper part to be a circular piece made of metal and its design so unique — with a detachable CROSS. The length of the necklance was so long — so long until it touches almost the centre stomach of the old woman. She was talking to me! Standing beside me now was not this man that looked like SKC, but this old woman. She was telling me about this piece of JADE. (The colour of this piece of JADE is the same as the TV show now that is being showned in the TV “The In-Laws). Next, it was 2 Chinese Words she told me about the words inscribed on the JADE. It was something to do with the number 6. If I am not wrong, it was 六难 (six difficulties), but in the dream, the writing was not like that. But the meaning was like that or sound like that also. The writing on the JADE inscription was so special, inscribed in a circular manner. So you can see these Chinese Words appearing a Circle on this piece of JADE.
This old woman did something to the JADE. She began to detach something on the upperpart of the JADE Heirloom. It was a big CROSS. She threw it towards the GraveStone on the wall. I thought it to be such a waste. Thought of asking her to give it to me but in the end I did not… After the Cross was removed, the heirloom still looked as beautiful. There were words still. I saw a piece of silver plaque now. On the reverse side of this plaque, it was a BLUE centipede with RED feelers (the kind of typical centipede picture that you could see in Chinese Products, their brand). It was the name CASSANDRA, and the year (if I remember correctly, was) 1950 written below the centipede.
At this part of dream, it was so surprising that my father suddenly stood among us (the old woman and me). It was about the Cross he wanted to tell me — something that trying to stop me from taking the cross. It was a young father that I saw.
This is in-between scenes of my dream. The starting of the dream was me and Richard. It was like a show. The starting and end seemed to come the same. However, now that I began to note it down, it seemed to have ‘another beginning’ as well… which is the real beginning?
It was John Little. The store was just opened. I went in first and looked for clothes for the children. Could not find any clothes. Later, I found the clothes put in the aisle, not been pushed out yet. I helped to push them out so that I could look at the different clothes being hanged. When the children came, I asked them to choose their clothes. All the clothes were too small for them. There was one blue spaghetti strap of fish prints that seemed to fit into Clara. Next, it was time to look for Ricsson’s clothes (to be fair), but it was all pyjamas.
After John Little, we went to look for Richard…
2 Scenes:
1. Food Court:
Richard and the children (with me) were seated at opposite ends of the food court. I ate with the children first. It was noodles with something that looked like Char Seow (but it was not real Char Seow, just looked so much like Char Seow). It got to be vegetarian food I supposed. I ‘finished’ my food and walked to the opposite ends of the food court to look for Richard.
Walking a long path, squeezing in between people, I came to him. At this part, we chatted for a while and later I was gone to another place… (the third scene)
2. Train
I came here to check out on Richard. It was a spiral stairways, that seemed so fragile. In the centre was just a hollow space that you might fall down anytime. Before I saw him, I heard him talking to a woman (China woman, XH?, worked at TECH before). I went forward. Richard stopped ‘attending’ to her. XH was handling the train — a train that looked so much like children’s train. We sat on the train and began our journey DOWN the lane. Many times, the train was derailed at the back of the train. Richard went out of the train to help. It was so risky and scary in fact (considering the great height downwards).
Third Scene
After the train ride, Richard and Me came to a lake. We stayed at the side of the lake. I felt the water. Using my hands to put under the water, I got hold of a few Japanese stones. They were smooth and black. However, cement was stuck to them. This means that under the lake was artificial man-made base of Japanese Stones. Directly opposite of us was two men. I could not remember who the other men were. But thinking back now, based on what the man (mentioned above) had told me, it got to be his brother — 2 brothers.
The next thing I know of was I was going off with this man, the man who looked so much like SKC, but not SKC. This one had longer hair and he speaks Cantonese. As we ‘glided’ in the water, he was telling me about his other brother. He was telling me one CANTONESE WORD which I had forgotten how to say now. In the dream, I do not understand the meaning. I had never heard of it before also. I asked for the meaning and roughly know the meaning. I asked,”Is it something to do with superstition?” He was telling me that he and his brother cannot meet up as people said about their 8 characters clashes (something like that)…
We were ‘gliding’ in the waters, FLOWING with the water along STREAMS. It was dark, so the water appeared ‘brackish’ (to show the intensity of the light). It was flowing in this water that I came to the above scene as mentioned in the opening about JADE. Perhaps I should call this the FOURTH scene then.
Fifth Scene
All of us came to a ‘play station’ (forgotten what this type of game was called). There were traps all over the place. Jumping from one place to another, you would be so scared because you would not know you are jumping on people, animals or just any hard objects. Wrapping on the ground (for you to jump) were canvas sheets, nets and so on, all of dark green colour. Some were elephants and some were people lying beneath! If you happened to jump on living creatures, you would feel the ‘softness’. That was what exactly happened in my dream. So we would try not to jump on people (kids some more!)
At the end of the game, you could change your ‘rewards’. Now, my big brother was there. He was waiting for his gifts. It seemed like he had exchanged for 2 similar toys. I asked if he could exchanged for something else. It seemed like he had 40 tokens… the minimum… and there is really not much options he could make. Thus 2 small similar toys he exchanged.
Sixth Scene
We were running and escaping. At the end of the “game”, we came to an exit. We saw a woman standing at the ‘gate’ waiting… Her hair was so special — very high, looked like a small mountain. The Woman’s Hair was on Fire next. She was so angry. This woman was related to the fourth scene mentioned above. It was to SHOW THE POWER OF SIX. I wanted to take photographs of the heirloom (the centipede plaque part), but found that my camera became faulty. At the end of this part, I discovered that my camera was totally spoilt. Next, I looked at my watch. My Rolex watch had its face broken with cracks and lines!!!! The hands also stopped! The time was stopped at 7 o’clock!!! I could not know the time then at that time (point of danger)…
