Hospitality
By Peace | June 25, 2011
During my stay at MAH, I was ‘taken care’ of by Sister Bernadette. It was a memorable incident which I would never forget about her hospitality towards me in MAH stay, can never forget that instant. Her warmth and kindness towards a tiring mum after giving birth to a baby. That was the morning after my first delivery. She had come to offer me the Holy Communion, and she said prayer for me! So nice of her.
This morning I was awoken by a scary dream. I was so worried for Ricsson until I was woken up — it was Richard went to the rescue of Ricsson.
It was a big bookshop. This bookshop had a small passageway that linked to the birthday party of the girl, KT. Though I had never seen the mother of KT, yet I dreamed of the mother.
We were at the birthday party. It was a big house — very spacious. We were at the ‘backyard’ of the house (with the link connecting to the bookshop). We had given a small present to the birthday girl, but I did not know what gift we had gave. However, despite the fact that we had given gifts and were at the birthday party, we were not treated the same as others… We were not given Fried Rice, which the mother had offered to the rest of the people. Feeling bad, the mother asked KT’s sister, a small girl to offer drinks to us. The drinks were stored in small wine glasses, and the wine looked like Coffee. We wondered why the birthday girl never entertained us, but sent a ‘small representative’ instead. Next, KT and the small girl said we can help ourselves with the Fried Rice.
I went to take a look at the Fried Rice which was at the stove. Looking at the wok, I discovered, to my surprise, that inside the wok was not Fried Rice!! What’s inside the wok? It was a medium size fish (angel fish) with yellowish rice spread at the side of the wok! It was not Fried Rice at all!
We were not treated well as guest definitely. We were free to roam the place as well.
Suddenly, I saw Ricsson at the ‘backyard‘. He was blowing bubbles, but I did not see any bubbles. He was holding on to a bottle of blue bubble solution or instruments for blowing bubbles. Next, something happened which was unbelievable. Ricsson was inside a cage, a small CAGE!! The cage float in the air! Luckily it was not high, and it began to ‘sink’, landing onto the ground. Immediately after this, the cage transform into a bigger one, extremely LARGE. I saw Ricsson sitting inside the cage, somewhere in the middle. The cage began to ‘float’/'fly’ again. This time, it was able to fly higher. I was so worried that it might just fly away. All of us stared at the white cage. It was flying above the goal net of the basketball court (ADSS). Because of the goal board, the cage was stuck. The cage capsized. This went on for a while — the cage moving up and down, and turning/flipping a few times. Each time I was so worried for the safety of Ricsson. I wondered if the safety belt was fastened. If the safety belt was fastened, if the cage turned, would he fell out of the seat? Next, thinking so much was useless. Ricsson fell to the ground… The cage was stuck at the basketball court and Richard quickly climbed up to rescue him…
Yesterday, I had a special dream for the first time — the ‘demon’, the face of the demon on the ground. It was the choice of path to take. Taking the ‘wrong path’ and you see the ‘green face of the demon’… it was so scary indeed…
