NUS English Tuition Teacher

Puma On The MOUNTAIN

Puma On The MOUNTAIN

This week the church celebrates Corpus Christi, The Body of Christ. On the way to church, I saw Puma on the Mountain!!

I went to her house. Whose house? The NUS English Tuition Teacher’s home.

I came to a road that led straight up to an elevated terrain. It was a steep road up the ‘mountain’ of this place. It was grassy and the place looked old, humid and secluded. As I walked up the steep road, I noticed an arch above me. On the white arch is a green logo (of Mary)! I wanted to take a picture of the green logo, but later on, I did not. I continued walking as I was hurried for time — I need to arrive at the NUS compound for some special lecture appointment.

Walking further in this vicinity of the mountainous compound, I came to the car porch area. I was sitting in the lorry now, a big lorry I was driving! The security guard was far at the right hand side. However, my lorry was drove far at the left hand side of the curb. I found that it was so hard to drive the lorry! It was big and bulky. I began to understand how my father and brother might experience when driving the lorry. The engine was on. I need to pass the security and at the same time I need to observe the lorry safety on the road. I was so scared in the lorry. I could not sit still, but really jerking about in the lorry, trying to shift the lorry to the right (reaching the security). As I tried, I discovered the front of the lorry opened! It was a door!

The next scene, I was inside the compound (NUS) now. The building looks old, with mere cement walls. One building leads to another. I was climbing up some stairs that linked to the building. Some activities was going on here and I had forgotten the details. The thing that I remembered was I was hesitating about going away from this place to another destination of the place. Walking away from this place, I changed my mind, turned my head and returned to the original place again…

This time, I was at the house of this NUS English Tuition Teacher’s home! It was a plump woman whom I had never seen before… I had recollection of previous ‘dealings’ with her surprisingly — she came to my house to take down my particular. I noted her notebook (yellowish with square stripes) and what she wrote. I noticed my reference number — what she wrote about my particular on her notebook. I wrote these inside my own notebook. However, in this dream now, I was at her home, and before I could enter the NUS compound (which I was late, and it was already more than 45 minutes to one hour late). The lecture could be going to be finished anytime. Richard was with me now it seemed. However, it was not of much use. The NUS English tuition teacher need to find my particular in her book before I could enter the premises. I helped her to find.

It was a computer beside her. I asked her,”Can I just typed in my name and the results would be out?” She said,”Cannot”. Next, I asked her, “Are the names arranged in alphabetical order?” Again, the answer is not. A few times, very similar names of mine was found, but it was not my name at all. All the names were written using pencil. A few times, she did not put in all her effort to help me also. She was distracted with other things. Now, she was preoccupied with another trivia case. Her hands were taking a pair of brown shoes. Seeing all these, I offered my help. I said,”Can you pass me the book, I will sit here beside you and I find the name myself.” She agreed. I noticed that it was a thick book that contains 400s over pages. A few times, I had to start all over again to find my name. Though I flipped the pages starting from the first and ultimately to the end, I did not find my name. Do you know that at first, this English Tuition Teacher started finding my name in the middle of the book, that is, starting from 28x. Since I could not find my name, I remembered that she came to my home before and had another notebook!!! (as mentioned earlier on). Since her book-keeping seems bad, she kept quiet and acknowledged this fact that she had another book…

In the dream, it was like a show. One scene moved to another scene and information as such (like this English Language Tuition Teacher had come to my house to take down my particular) was revealed ‘in private‘ and what I saw seemed clearer like that. So now, I was ‘not shown’ the scene where my name was found in the earlier book that she had of mine. In the dream, I even got memory and it was some reference number that I see in my notebook. I even told her that the notebook was at my home and so on. So in this scene now, I was sitting on the chair — still have not go in for lecture. The time was running out. The lecture was going to end soon. By the time she found my particular, I would have come here for nothing. I explained to her my purpose of coming — to attend the lecture, but all these took so long (administration)…

Anyway, I did not get to enter the lecture. I was sitting on the chair. In the end, after my name was found, this NUS English Language Tuition Teacher handed me a GREY HAND. It was a PRESERVED GREY HAND. I was so surprised!!! As the hand was placed on the table in front of me, it ‘softened’ and dropped to the table. It was SOFT!!! A GREY HAND is a DEAD hand. A dead hand is a STIFF hand. However, this grey hand that I see is SOFT and FLEXIBLE!!!! It was MY RIGHT HAND!!! I was puzzled at this point. Why would my right hand be there and why would I be there to get my right hand (or why she gave me my right hand)? Nonetheless, in the dream, I was scared that the soft right hand might exude some special “JUICES” from the dead cells of the hands. I asked for a plastic bag to put the right hand inside a bag. Next, the NUS English Language Teacher came out from the room with a plastic bag that looked like a glove. It was a little wet. Still I had to accept it. She opened up the plastic bag and I put in the grey hand. “Thank You” I said.
