The Serpent

SCOTTISH MUSIC ~ SCOTLAND THE BRAVE [BAGPIPES]

4.14am I was awoken. Rains and LOUD THUNDER ROAR. I asked Richard to close the windows. Flashes of Lightng, and I saw ‘white light’ in the toilet. I went to the toilet. The metallic water hose was disentangled again! It was not like that the last time I used the toilet (before I went to bed). Richard told me that the children’s window was closed too (Did the children close it before they sleep? No one had woken up to close the windows…)

Yesterday, I heard lizards ‘talking’ in the kitchen. On Sunday, 2 October 2011, on the way back from church, I saw Pigeons going to Macdonald, eating food on the floor (not scared of people). The myna was among these 2 pigeons. As I stood watching, the myna ‘spoke’. One myna ‘spoke’ as though there were so many sound coming from a few mynas (meaning the sound of one bird is like that of a few birds). Then at the State Land, there were puddles of water. The croaking sound of toads were heard, but when we explored, no toad was seen, but that of the chameleon/monitor lizard. Apparently, there were 2 different tone of voices coming from the sound of the toads (croaks) when we walked along the path of the State Land. It sounded like so many toads in the field. But when we explored the place, NO TOAD, not even eggs also were found there — only SOUND; communicating!.

Since I was awoken and Isaac was sleeping soundly, I was reading about Teleportation on the internet and found about Joseph Campbell:

Apocalypse does not point to a fiery Armageddon, but to our ignorance and complacency coming to an end. ~ Joseph Campbell, Companion: Reflections on the Art of Living

Next, I went to bed again. This time I saw two scenes in my dream, and it was dream of the dreams.

First Scene: I was carrying Isaac in my arms. A Glass cage was in front of us. I looked through the corner of the glass (I was standing facing the edge of the glass cage, such that I could see the right angled, 2 sides of the glass cage). Standing there, I looked through the glass and I saw a serpent (snake-like creature) on the glass. But when I walked to the other side of the glass, the front, it was a LEOPARD standing on the floor of the glass cage!!! At this time, Isaac wanted to come down from my arms. He wanted to walk near the Leopard, a nice looking leopard with yellow and black colour on its body, beautiful colour. I was scared that it might want to eat Isaac or harm Isaac. As I walked towards it, there was no reaction at all! It never harm us at all!

Second Scene: This happened in a house. I don’t know whose house it was. But in the house (seems like Helen’s house, but I saw my paternal grandfather’s face/Paul in the dream of this house), and my mother was there. 2 animals were in the house! A plump maid with a mole was sitting on the sofa with her. On her shirt wrote: Helena xx (woman president) and 2 more sentences below the words. I had forgotten what animals they were. Next, my sister went into the room where I was. I told her about my dream, the first scene above…

Edward James “Jim” Corbett (25 July 1875 in Nainital, India – 19 April 1955 in Nyeri, Kenya) was a British hunter, conservationist, author and naturalist, famous for slaying a large number of man-eating tigers and leopards in India. Corbett held the rank of colonel in the British Indian Army and was frequently called upon by the government of the United Provinces, now the Indian states of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, to slay man-eating tigers and leopards who had killed people in the villages of the Garhwal and Kumaon region. His success in slaying the man-eaters earned him much respect and fame amongst the people residing in the villages of Kumaon, many of whom considered him a sadhu (saint). Corbett was an avid photographer and after his retirement, authored the Man-Eaters of Kumaon, Jungle Lore and other books recounting his hunts and experiences, which enjoyed much critical acclaim and commercial success. Corbett spoke out for the need to protect India’s wildlife from extermination. The Jim Corbett National Park in Kumaon was named in his honour in 1957.
