iPhone
By Peace | December 6, 2011
This is a photograph of my iPhone, a last shot of my second iPhone. Yesterday I had my third iPhone. (Lost my handphone, Sony Ericsson)
On 1 April 2011, I purchased an iPhone. Later I need to go down to Paragon M1 Customer Service Counter because the handphone did not have any sound at all when people called me or when I called people. There was no speaker tone at all in other words for incoming and outgoing call. No ringtone was noted also. We went down to Customer Service Counter and they gave me a new set of iPhone.

After using the second set of iPhone for sometime, this time new problem arises. It was connection problem now. Many times, there was no M1 service registered on the phone. It indicated ‘searching’ also. At times it even shows “No Service” like what the photograph above showed. This issue lasted for more than 2 weeks until we finally think it is time to do something about it.
Now my phone is still under warranty and it has already changed the third time. Will there be still other problem? Phobia. Customer Service Centre is always filled with long queue of people regardless of weekdays or weekends. They are the same. Yesterday, a girl was standing in the queue. I think she was mad (angry or frustrated). She talked in a very frustrated tone,”I am in the queue.” The shop had not even opened yet and people were already queuing outside the shop. You can imagine…
