Strawberry Delights
By Peace | January 11, 2012
What we see of God’s provisions teaches us to trust Him for what we cannot see of His purposes.
28 September 2011: I was tying up under my desk. Suddenly I saw something, a folded piece of paper (JUST DROPPED DOWN). Nobody was around me. Where do the paper come from? I opened up the paper. To my surprise, it was an examination paper!
Why would there be an examination paper? The date of the examination was 12 October 2011 (but the day was only 28 September 2011)! As I read further, it was an Art Examination, consisting of 5 questions and the children were supposed to do their homework (investigative, explorative and developmental work). The 5 topics were My World, Crustaceans, Cancer Cells, Self-Identity, and Heroes & Heroines.
When Ricsson came home, I asked him for his Art Examination Paper. He said he had folded it and put in his school’s shirt pocket. However, he did not know where was it. Next, I told him what happened in the morning — the paper dropping down from ‘nowhere’. (Knowing that St Anthony is the Saint for Lost Article)
The other time when another unknown article was found happened on 24 September 2010 — when I found another printed notes under the dining table.
Today, another mysterious thing happened.
This week I had bought 2 packets of Korean strawberries. Last night, I took from the fridge the last packet of strawberries to be shared among the family. There was an empty space at the position where I placed the packet of strawberry (and then taken it away). I had remembered very clearly that there was NOTHING left on the fridge after I took the last packet of strawberry.
Just now, after lunch, opening the fridge, I was surprised to find a packet of strawberries in the fridge, and at the position where I last took it (as mentioned above). It was incredible! I asked around whether anyone had bought the packet of strawberries without my knowledge. The answer was no.
Once a yellow spider ‘lives’ in the fridge! The yellow spider transformed into 2 big lizards!!
Things just disappeared and things just appeared… Magic. The Art of God…
When buying strawberries, you had to buy Korean strawberries. They are the best.
God’s surprises continue so we can take heart. He has not stopped showing His kindness to you and me. ~ David McCasland
He whose heart is kind beyond all measure
Gives unto each day what He deems best — Lovingly, its part of pain and pleasure,
Mingling toil with peace and rest. ~ Berg
